VT-40S is a surface-treated functional cosmetic talc processed using a proprietary silicone treatment technology. The silicone monolayer chemically modifies the hydrophilic particle boundary into a hydrophobic, low-energy interface.
This treatment dramatically reduces surface tension, prevents powder caking, suppresses airborne dustiness during manufacture, and delivers a luxurious, velvety skin feel. VT-40S integrates smoothly into anhydrous powders and emulsion oil phases without creating gritty phase drag.
